ASUS officially unveils the ZenFone 12 Ultra with advanced features

Asus has unveiled its new flagship phone, the ZenFone 12 Ultra, which comes with a familiar design, but with noticeable improvements, and the phone will be available in certain markets around the world.

The phone maintains a similar design to its predecessor, the ZenFone 11 Ultra, with some modifications in the rear camera area, and the phone features flat sides with a flat screen, and a central hole for the front camera. As for the power and volume control buttons, they are all located on the right side of the phone.

The ZenFone 12 Ultra phone relies heavily on artificial intelligence technologies, as it can perform artificial intelligence tasks online or offline with cloud services, thanks to the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.

The artificial intelligence features offered by the phone include the ability to convert voice to text, summarize articles and documents, instant translation of calls in supported languages, and support for the Circle to Search feature for smart search.

The phone features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with a resolution of +Full HD, which supports a variable refresh rate of up to 120 Hz during normal use, and can rise to 144 Hz when playing games.

The device comes with a 5,500 mAh battery, with support for fast wired charging with a power of 65 watts, in addition to wireless charging with a power of 15 watts, but it does not support the new Qi2 standard.

The phone includes 3 rear cameras, including a 50-megapixel main camera with a Sony LYT-700 sensor, in addition to a 32-megapixel zoom camera with an optical zoom of up to 3 times, a 12-megapixel wide-field camera with a capture angle of up to 120 degrees, and a 32-megapixel front camera.

The ZenFone 12 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, coupled with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The phone is available in three colors: black, green, and white, and will be available in Europe, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and some other countries for €1,100.
